Deutsches Museum: Radio Eule

Hi !
That’s a very nice construction with the Busch system !
Is the radio station still transmitting ?
A while ago, I made a slightly improved radio with the Lectron system.
I’m pretty sure this can also be done with Busch.
Greetings

Hi Frank,
topical the station ("Deutsches Museum") is transmitting again but you can receive it only in (or near) Munich.
Could you post your radio circuit with the Lectron system ?
Best wishes,
Ulrich

Re: Deutsches Museum: Radio Eule
Hi Ulrich.
I think is a real nice gesture of the museum to transmit in AM.
Hopefully it will last long enough.
Here's the link to the Lectron radio : viewtopic.php?t=2580
It's been made with a LW tuning coil but you can easily use the standard MW tuning coil the circuit is the same.
It has very good selectivity thanks to the adjustment of the HF amplification.
Try it once out and be surprised !
Many greetings

Hi Frank,
Thanks for the link to your Lectron radio circuit!
May be I will try it both with MW and LW coils.
Greetings,
Ulrich
