Splan drawings of Philips EE components help wanted
Hello everyone !
Sorry for my English, I can read German but I can't write it
Anyway, right now I'm building an anlogue drummachine with the Philips EE series.
My goal is to make a nice sounding machine with bass, hihats and snare.
The first part ( tempo generator and dividers ) have already been assembled and tested on 2 blue boards.
The second part ( sound generation ) will also be build on 2 blue boards.
I would like to share the circuit assembly with you folks, but I'm struggling with the drawings in Splan for all Philips EE components. All parts used are from the series EE2000 and EE2013.
Is there anyone here at the forum who have a library available ?
I will make the circuit drawing then.
So everyone can put the printed design on the board for easy assemblage.
Many greetings

Re: Splan drawings of Philips EE components help wanted
Hi all,
Nobody can't help me ?
In the mean time I've been able to finish the project; it's up and running.
The complete project has been build on 4 blue boards.
Sound generation is for a bass drum, a snare drum and hihats ( open and close ).
By changing a few wires, you can change the drum patterns.
By selecting a few switches, you can add more drum sounds to the pattern.
There are mixing controls for the different sounds.
There's no background noise and the drum sounds are really good ( imagine that the circuit has been build within an experimental environment  )
I have added a picture of the circuit, soon I will add some sound samples
So if there's someone out there who can provide the symbol library for Splan, I can put the whole project here

Hello Frankje,
Gratulations for your nice project. I think you have build a very interesting drum machine.
I look forward to more information.
To your question about the library. Unfortunately I have no data and not Splan.

A few sound loops
Hi all,
I managed to record a few loops with this " EE drum machine "
Here are the links : http://www.fileswap.com/dl/ae9N5gYht/Si ... html">File "Simple loop + open hihats.mp3
and : http://www.fileswap.com/dl/81kbcYz6Zy/C ... html">File "Changing loop.mp3
These loops just demonstrate basic functions.
Sound and mixing can be achieved in real time, just by "touching" a few springs or to push some switches in the control panel.
If no one has the libraries I can draw it with paper and pencil.
Many greetings

:D
Thank you for replying.
I thought nobody could help me here :?
In the meantime I made a few improvements to the circuit and nopw it's fully working.
I will send you my email adress and I will recreate with Splan the drawings with your symbols.
I will the be able to post the circuit here for all builders.
The circuit itself is ideal for experimenting and it only uses standard components, you can use the Philips EE components or use your own.
Till then !
Frank
